How should I invite my clients to Xonboard?
Your clients should be invited to Xonboard as the "Employer" role. This will allow them to invite additional employees and view employees details.
The steps for setting up a new client are:
- Go to your Xonboard dashboard
- Add an Xonboard destination
- Connect to Xero
- Select your clients Xero Organisation
- Make sure you have Payroll privileges for the Xero Organisation
- Your clients organisation will not be created in Xonboard
- Setup or confirm the clients organisation details (these should be the clients details, not yours)
- Setup their super details
- Select their default super fund
- Setup TFN declaration submissions
- Setup Super Stapling
- Setup authorisation via ATO Access Manager (or request the client to do this themselves)
- Invite the client
- Send an invite to the client as an "Employer"
Note: If you don't have the super details for your client, you can skip that step and get the client/employer to do it themselves, after they've been invited.
Inviting the client:
- Invite the client as an employer
- You can invite as many users to the employer role as required.
