Regularly review your employees' onboarding progress to ensure they are completing their onboarding in a timely manner. 

How-to

Login to Xonboard to access your dashboard. Under the Employees currently onboarding section, Xonboard will provide a summary of all employees who have been sent an onboarding invitation. 

The status column indicates whether the employee's onboarding is in progress or complete. 

If their onboarding status is in progress, we will provide feedback on where they are at in the journey (i.e. Not started, or Tax File Declaration). 

What's next?

Xonboard sends regular reminder emails to employees who have not started or progressed in their onboarding session. Once the employee has completed their onboarding, you will receive an email notification advising they are ready to be reviewed and sent to Xero Payroll.
