Add a new version of a company policy to your organisation
Upload an updated policy and view historical policies with our built-in version control

Introduction

When the time comes to refresh your company policies, you can add the updated version to the policy in Xonboard. You can also view historical versions to keep track of what's been sent to employees previously.


How-To

To add a new version of your existing policy in Xonboard:


  1. Navigate to the required organisation on your dashboard and open up the settings menu, then click Manage policies.
  2. Locate the policy you are wanting to update, then click Manage versions.
  3. Use the file picker to find and upload the document or policy in PDF format.
  4. Hit Upload new version.


The updated version of the policy will now be the policy that is presented to your employees that are onboarding. You can also view the old policies within the Manage versions screen.


What's next?

If you would like your employees to acknowledge the updated version of the policy, consider sending out re-onboarding invitations using the Invite existing from your payroll option ✉️
