Introduction
Once an onboarding session has been completed, employee access to the session will be removed. We do this to reduce the risk of overwriting information that has since been entered in Xero
How-To
If they need to make any changes to the details submitted, we would generally recommend one of two options.
If it is a minor change, we recommend finalising the employee's onboarding through Xonboard and then adjust the detail(s) in Xero accordingly.
The other option is to finalise the employee's onboarding through Xonboard, send their details through to Xero, then re-invite the employee as an existing Xero Payroll employee. This will prompt them to complete the onboarding session again, with some of their details being pre-populated from Xero.
