Introduction

Update the details associated with your login, such as your login method or password, if you have a change in preference. You can also link your Xero or Google credentials to your login, to streamline your sign in process.

How-To

To update your login preferences:

1. Login to Xonboard.
2. Select the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then hit Account settings.
3. Complete the two factor authentication to proceed.
4. Under Manage social sign in, link your Google or Xero credentials to your account as required.
5. If you are using an email address and password to login to XOnboard, you can:
6. 1. Update the password as required under Change password.
   2. Update the email address associated with your account under Profile settings.
7. Complete the authentication to verify your login credentials.

If you're logging in using an email and password, you can manage your MFA settings on the same page.

If you have lost your MFA backup codes, you can generate new codes by selecting Generate new backup recovery codes. Ensure you keep a note of these somewhere safe.

You can also update the authenticator app used for MFA by opening your preferred authenticator app and scanning the QR code under Manage 2FA TOTP authenticator app. We would recommend completing this if you've had a change in device or preference for app.
