Accept an invite to join an organisation in Xonboard
Learn how to accept an invitation to join an organisation as an employer or advisor 🧑💼
Introduction
If your client, or bookkeeper, has set up an organisation in Xonboard, accept an invite to join the organisation so that you can start managing onboarding tasks.
How-To
If your client, or advisor, has invited you to join an organisation in Xonboard, you will receive an email invitation. To accept the invite:
- Open the invitation email, then click Accept the invite.
- You’ll be taken to the signup page. If you haven't yet registered an account, you'll need to create a login either via email, or using your existing Google or Xero credentials.
- Complete the authentication to verify your login credentials.
You will now have access to the organisation on your own Xonboard dashboard.
